Dear Maria,
How do you motivate yourself/what helps you on your hardest of days? I have been struggling to do even the smallest of things that I enjoy and know will help me feel better mentally. I try my best to not be hard on myself when I feel the need to take a mental health day or take it easy, but I worry that if I don’t make myself do the things I love more often, I’ll lose myself. - G
